We are seeking a creative Enterprise Integration Architect to play a pivotal role in our journey of innovation and thought leadership. As an Integration Architect, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing our integration strategy, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive transformative change across our organization. This role requires a forward-thinking, innovative individual who can provide creative solutions and thought leadership to meet our business objectives, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to architect, design, and implement integration solutions that enable seamless connectivity and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Lead the definition of the integration architecture; publish and maintain enterprise integration standards; define tools and techniques that connect diverse systems ranging from on-premises to cloud-based applications for the exchange of data. A strong focus on near real-time data exchanges, guaranteed delivery, flexibility, fault tolerance, and resiliency in the integration architecture.

  • Utilize industry-standard integration approaches, focusing on messaging, event-driven, and streaming integrations to address complex business challenges to securely transmit information.

  • Identify integration patterns, blueprints, and best practices for the secure transmission of information.

  • Provide mentoring and coaching to delivery and platform teams on integration best practices, change management, microservices, events, streaming data, messaging, APIs and their impact on the transmission and exchange of information.

  • Partner with technical teams to develop reusable integration patterns, engineering best practices and implementation approaches that enable systems to communicate and exchange data securely, regardless of the data structure, the age of the system(s), the protocols available or the ability to leverage asynchronous and synchronous communication.

  • Develop and maintain a catalog of interfaces and integrations to maintain an up-to-date inventory of how and where information is being exchanged.

  • Ensure integrations are implemented using approved tools & technologies, such as RESTful APIs, Confluent Kafka, Denodo data virtualization, ETL, and managed file transfer platforms to enable consistency with IT direction.

  • Partner with solution architects, system engineers, technical leads, project teams and external partners/customers to define integration strategies for complex data sharing initiatives.

  • Provide integration patterns and best practices to address resiliency and redundancy including error handling, graceful recovery, guaranteed delivery of data, event logging, event monitoring, and data validation for data integrity and system reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and requisite work experience required. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred.

  • 3 or more years of experience in enabling development, execution, and governance of integration flows in a complex enterprise environment required. 4+ years’ experience highly preferred

  • 2 or more years of experience with integration concepts including enterprise service bus (ESB), extract, transform, and load (ETL), API Gateway, EDI and other B2B integrations required. 3+ years’ experience highly preferred

  • 2 or more years of experience defining and maintaining enterprise integration standards, guidelines, and architecture blueprints required. 3+ years’ experience highly preferred

  • Strong understanding of OAuth2, SAML, token management, Identity Providers (IdPs), and API management tools preferred.

  • Broad understanding of virtualized infrastructure, containers, hosting environments, and cloud services PaaS preferred.

  • Broad knowledge of Cloud technologies, Web services, IIoT & IoT, iPaaS, SOA, SaaS, Middleware, JSON/Avro/ProtoBuf, EAI, and other relevant technologies preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and guide project teams on integration best practices.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, techniques, and technologies to provide innovative solutions to complex problems.

  • Must be able to comply with all company policies, rules, procedures and Code of Conduct

  • Must be able to interact well with others

  • Must be able to work independently, or in a team setting

  • Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple priorities

  • Responds well to questions; Ability to read, interpret and comply with written information and documents such as safety rules, operations / procedure manuals and maintenance instructions with a high comprehension and concentration level to include the ability to meet deadlines

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and will be subject to a criminal history background check

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
